Pre-survey consultancy services
A successful journey begins even before you launch your survey. In order to ensure success, your Great Place To Work journey needs to be supported by your entire organisation. That is why we developed three services that focus on informing and engaging Great Place To Work stakeholders.
During a 1-hour presentation, we inform survey stakeholders (e.g., social partners, employees, managers…) about the Great Place to Work® Institute, its philosophy, methodology and process. We give insights into the benefits of a Great Workplace and highlight the importance of shared responsibility.

Our Ambassador Workshop focuses on developing the ownership of creating a better workplace. The aim of this half-day workshop is to inspire a selected group of employees that will evolve as Great Place to Work ambassadors. We create awareness about the fact that becoming a Great Place to Work is a shared responsibility, where every individual can have an impact. We make sure the ambassadors understand our model and the related concepts while challenging them to think about what they can do to promote the Great Place to Work story internally.

The aim of this half-day workshop is to inform higher management about the Great Place to Work philosophy and methodology. We give them insight into the importance of building trust and its advantages for your organisation. We discuss the goals of the research and talk about how the Great Place to Work story fits in the organisational objectives. The aim is to create an interactive atmosphere by implementing different exercises, discussions, brainstorms… between managers.

Post-survey consultancy services
Your employee survey is just the beginning! With our post-survey services, we turn the results of your survey into results for your company. By helping you boost and sustain employee engagement. Based on a range of data-driven insights, we lead you on the path to improving your employee experience.
Through a 1-hour online dialogue, we show HR teams and higher management how to interpret the survey results, based on our analysis of the output. We provide you with a detailed report of the unique strengths and the learning opportunities of your company. We do so by using our interactive platform Emprising™. We take time to draw up the main outlines of the follow-up process and provide some time to answer specific questions.

Once the survey results are available, we give a results presentation to make sure everyone is on the same page and interprets the results in the same way at an organisational level. The presentation can be given to various audiences, such as the senior management team, mid-level managers, employees…We give insight into the organisational strengths and weaknesses and define possible priorities to work on. We always make sure that the way of communication is adapted to the target group.

Focus groups can help you to gain deeper insight into your results. During a half-day workshop, we create an open, confidential environment in which employees feel safe to discuss issues that were highlighted by the survey. The output can provide qualitative support to action planning.
