Support? A dedicated Customer Success Manager guides you throughout your entire Great Journey. Before and after the employee survey, you receive an exclusive marketing toolkit, and you automatically become part of the Great Place To Network.

For whom?
Organisations that have previously mapped their company culture and have insights into what is happening but are looking for deeper insights or want to survey their employees in a different way.

Analyze: 
What? A certified employee survey via our Emprising™ platform with 60 standard statements, 2 open questions, and 7 demographic questions, supplemented with the option to add open or closed statements and additional demographic questions unique to your company.

How? In addition to all the insights from the Assess package, you can filter by demographic personal and company data such as age, years of service, department, etc. You also gain access to employees' open comments and can interact with the results.

Support? A dedicated Customer Success Manager guides you throughout your entire Great Journey. Before and after the employee survey, you receive an exclusive marketing toolkit, and you automatically become part of the Great Place To Network.

For whom? Organisations mapping their company culture for the first time and needing detailed analyses and benchmarks to identify specific areas for improvement. Want to conduct an employee survey for the first time? The Analyze package offers you a complete overview of the results, allowing you to take targeted and well-founded action.

Accelerate:
What? A fully customised employee survey via our Emprising™ platform, which you can tailor to your needs.

How? In addition to the insights from the Analyze package, you gain access to pulse surveys for regular follow-up. You also have the option to pre-code employees in the system, so they don't have to fill in their demographic or job-related variables when completing the survey. This ensures everyone receives the correct version of the survey and reduces the chance of errors.

Support? A dedicated Customer Success Manager guides you throughout your entire Great Journey. Before and after the employee survey, you receive a marketing toolkit, you automatically become part of the Great Place To Network, and a Culture Coach helps you interpret your results and develop a concrete action plan.

For this reason, the Accelerate package is also the standard package for international organisations surveying employees in multiple countries, each with their unique pre-coding. Number of employees
