Kirby joined the Great Place to Work® team in 2025, bringing years of experience in the field of HRM. As manager, together with a great team of GPTW associates, she services clients to help them become Great Places To Work. Kirby holds a master’s degree in Pedagogical sciences (Ghent University) and HRM (Antwerp Management School). Having been in different HR managerial roles over the past years, she has a solid expertise on topics such as human resource management, boosting employee engagement & maximizing human potential. Kirby loves to travel, play padel and spend time with family and friends in her leisure time.
